Salome: A Love Story is adapted for the screen and directed by Nicolas Walker, based on the Play Salome by Oscar Wilde. It was filmed entirely at EMC studios in Rocklin, Ca. with Post Production work by Lux Angeles studios in L. A.
The film features Jassmine Glodeanu, (Helen of Troy in the recent Apollo Arts production of The Trojan Women) a native of Bucharest, Romania, as Salome. Independent film Actor and Producer, Frederick Keeve, from L. A., plays King Herod, while veteran film and T. V. Actress (V. I.P. / The Parkers / Spider Man – Voice) Angelle Brooks plays Queen Herodias. Northern California Actor and Classical Pianist, Michael Parks has the role of Jokanaan (John the Baptist.)
